National Tasting Project

We will participate in a blind taste testing of SB wines to learn more about the grape that fascinated the Romans.  The primary flavor categories are fruity, vegetative, floral spicy and woody earthy-nutty.  Our goal is to increase awareness of the flavors typical for the variety and to heighten our ability to sense these flavors in other wines that we enjoy. A tasting sheet and blindfold will be provided. Later this year we can see how the wines stacked up in the national tasting project.
